When I first started to watch this serie, i thought that Sam was the oldest ^^ To me Dean looked like the younger and acted like the youngest. And then when everoyne was talking to them they said, and still do "Sam and Dean". I know as a little sister, that when people talk about me and my brother, they say his name first and my last.

I don´t know maybe that just in Sweden, but ironic that the name that is said last, is belived to be the youngest one ^^

If there's a kid behind the door that's supposed to be Sam's, then I think this will turn out to be a hallucination, and he'll be imagining he's fathered a demon child.

If everyone involved in the show is saying the brotherly bond is back, then it would make no sense to put Sam in a situation where he has a partner and child - I think the focus is going to be more on Dean and Sam together.

Of course, it could be some kind of tame monster behind the door!

When I saw this I went "OMIGOD IT'S AVA!!!" and squealed, then realized it wasn't her and got depressed.

Yes, my fantasy for season 7 is that Sam goes thoroughly bugfuck in a "Buffy-meets-the-First-Slayer-­Spike-regains-his-soul-existen­tial-episode" kind of way, learns how to access his powers without demon blood, goes to Hell to rescue Adam from the Cage, and raises the other Children for an army to fight Cas and Crowley. With much bromance.
