@over9000ftwbaby the 34,000 caps ive managed to save from repairing armor says its fun :D . armor is my favorite part of all fallout games. i have all three types of enclave power armor. brotherhood of steel t-45, us army t-51 green and winterized, outcast, ashurs power armor from the pitt, also stuff like talon company armor, reileys ranger combat armor. and also ancient samurai armor (mothership zeta) I'm a collector :)

@metalfuk1 I hear ya....I actually use the glitch in the gunshop in rivet city :P I have about 80 mini nukes.....almost all armor, weapons, schemadics, etc. I am a completionist.....btw, The chinese stealth armor, jinguie's shocksword, silent running, light step, and 80+ sneak make easy stealth crit 1-hit kills up to normal difficulty lol.

Outcast isn't very good but good job on getting the winterized T-51b armor and helmet(45 DR, 999 cap valubility, +25 Rad Res and it's condition) doesn't go down it's the best armor in the game!!!!!!!! p.s. for you who play xbox my gamertag is poptro2013couch

Lore question:

Brotherhood uses the power armors they have had since the war right? (alt least judging from f1 and f2 lore ) where they did not have the technology to make it.

so why there such a big diference in the old pre war b51 nad the ones BoS uses now (and what is this model)? and if im missing something and they do make em themselfs.. i would like to know how :)

@KlifeRR Because when the Brotherhood found the Pentagon (now know as the Citadel) they found a large stash of T45-d armor. thats why in previous games the Brotherhood have T51-b armor.

I like the lyons pride power armor. u get it by reverse pickpocketing her with enclave power armor, leave, go back in and pick pocket it from her. u can also do that to get elder lyons robes. Note: the elders robes were not meant to be given to players so once u equip it, it will cover your pip boy

@megablock615 You can also get it by becoming a member of Lyons Pride. To do this you need Broken Steel and when Sarah makes you a member she asks whether you want Recon Armor or Power Armor, obviously if you choose the Power Armor she gives you Lyons Pride Power Armor. I got it but accidently repaired it with the now BoS Power Armor, thus I had to reverse pickpocket Sarah. Also thanks for the way to get Elder Lyons Robe, I had to hotkey it though it was a pain to get off.

It's name isn't Ashures power armor.It's called like that if you kill Ashure.But,the only way to get the real armor is to collect 100 ingits at the scrapyard in the Pitt,and it's called TRIBAL power armor

You don't have to kill ashur to get that armor. If you collect all 100 steel ingots, you get tribal power armor. Which looks exactly the same but it's stats are better.

@TheChaoslord66 the ghoul that starts the quest dosent give it to you its found in fort constantine by opening some locked doors under the co quarters with the keys from the guys you have to kill the armor is found in a locked room inside the bomb storage room. if you gave him the keys just kill or pickpoket him for the keys

Anyway does the T-51 take damage? the CND does go down or does not. I did hear you say it doesnt break but well, im just afraid of the CND going down because its so rare. Simulator was fun btw :)

the T-51b can break if you look on the fallout 3 wiki i think i remember seeing that the armor hp is 1000 plus i know cause i do heavy testing on my power armor but the winterized version seems unbreakable the wiki says it has 9,920,000 hp seriously i cound't even put a dent in the items health using mini nukes.

you dont need to kill ashar for that power armor you know. you just get 100 ingots and give them to jarret and he'll give you tribal power armor which is basically the same exact thing, just a different name.
