First video I've seen of you and I really enjoyed the rant. Subbed. I agree with all your thoughts on marijuana, although my base reasoning for pro-legalization is due to freedom of choice. You said you don't want to get into other drugs because people will get naggy though.. I take it you're not for legalization of all drugs then?

When Nixon wanted a reason to put the hippies in jail he conducted tests on monkeys with pot. I think he made them smoke 30 joints a day, in a gas mask. This of course, suffocated them. It caused brain harm.
Which is impossible for a human to consume.
Nixon then released this information as monkeys smoking 1 joint a week caused brain harm, everyone believed it.

The fact that Alcohol and Cigarettes kill you, unlike Marijuana. Smoking through a blunt causing lung issues, but most people dont smoke through that. They should legalize all drugs really. Think about how many people do drugs other than Marijuana. Alot. Alot of them overdose. Alot of them use infected needles. When legalized, they can go to a trained doctor and take the right amount without hurting themselves. And its proven that Marijuana usage decreasing several months after legalized.

The whole reason why marijuana was made illegal in the first place is because when Nixon was president, the era of the hippies and their mushrooms/weed, Nixon didn't like that, he didn't like hippies generally, we wanted to throw them in jail, but he didn't have a reason, he couldn't just throw them in jail just because. So he decided to make shrooms and pot illegal.

But marijuana was criminalized way earlier due to the accumulation of irrational & incompetent fear-mongerers. Anslingers' propaganda machine, with the ambition of furthering his own career; along with the help of DuPont & other corporate interest --- fueled the prohibition. Racism and other tactics employed via the media paved the way for these BS laws, which we sadly are still stuck with. ={

Weed is a drug that harms the brain , the part inflicted is called the hippocampus. This is where all memory is stored, now this damage doesn't apply to the memories you already have like math concepts, the alphabet, language usage, but it does affect the experience capacity SEVERELY which is why some have a hard time remembering what happened the day of the drug use, furthermore it is a hindrance in terms of inhibiting new experiences to be remembered and stored. Your right. You never hear about somebody dieing from smokein weed. But thing is, it can happy. It a low percentage but it could happen. yeh, i pretty much agree with you but i'd never touch it.:-( like i have an immediate family member who is addicted to it and it has pretty much fucked up our entire family. He robs from us, he's aggressive, he's just unpleasent and dangorous and people who smoke weed shud know that they cud seriously damage their health (mental and physical) and their family. i know a lot of people can handel it but some people can't. but is shud be legalised cos the law isn't stopping anyone anyways. :-(

Because after it's legalized it loses that "huh, I'm doing something I shouldn't do" feeling which is what most people like about it besides their effects. It would also decrease violence and "illegal money". I don't support the use of it, but I am from Puerto Rico and in this past year alone there were 1,113 murders where most of them were associated with this issue.
