  • She was beautiful and talented. i respect her.

  • Women nowadays, WTF HAPPENED 2 U??! SEE MARILYN!

  • You call Marilyn Monroe an actress, I call her goddess :) she's not dead, she's alive among the stars!!

  • Dead or alive , always a holly wood ledgend , i look up to the poster that i have of her on my wall and think. why would god take such a tallented lady like that away from this earth

  • The problem with humans today They have lost their ability to know what is right from WRONG!!!

  • I dont care what people think but if anyone who wants to get ahead in their careers by shagging around they are loose sluts in my book both MEN and Women of any age creed or nationality!!!

  • she was so talented.... this is what hollywood does to people

  • marilyn was the shitt!!

  • Sexist, materialistic, and affirmative of all outdated stereotypes about age, beauty, and hair color. I love it!

  • she had a bad life :0( and sadly died at 36 thats such a young age :0(

  • I lovee her she is my idol :]

  • She's beautiful <3 .

  • Madonna wishes she were Marilyn- just watch Material Girl

  • @Mirani2 Not just Material Girl. Madonna copied Marilyn in Vogue video. Copied MM's Life magazine cover in scene from Who's That Girl. Copied 1 of MM's looks from Bus Stop on Truth Or Dare posters. Copied MM riding an elephant in a Japanese commercial. Copied MM's appearance at How To Marry A Millionaire premiere when she performed at 1991 Academy Awards. Copied MM photos in April 1991 issue of Vanity Fair. Copied MM in Hard Candy promo photos. She's shamelessly ripped off Marilyn for 25 years!

  • Has there ever been a more beautiful woman to hit the silver screen? Nope. Marilyn is divine! XD

  • I love Marilyn Monroe now! I just studied the 50's and I now know EVERYTHING about Marilyn Monroe, not just that she was a slut who posed for Playboy.

  • @ubergamer2010 Where did you get your info from, online gossip sites? Marilyn posed nude as a favor to photographer in 1949. Photos were sold to calendar company w/out her permission or knowledge. One photo was bought by Hugh Hefner for 1953 1st issue of Playboy, w/out her permission or knowledge. She wasn't more promisicuous than any other famous actor or actress of the 1950s. If she played the casting couch as many idiots assume, she would have gotten better roles. Clearly, you know NOTHING.

  • @DeeDeeHoneybee actually, idiot friends who gave me stupid information on a project I did involving Marilyn Monroe. her being a slut who posed for Playboy was what I WAS TOLD, not what I believed.

  • @ubergamer2010 Sorry I sounded so harsh. I jumped on you because of that slut reference. Having read a dozen biographies of Marilyn, I tend to defend her when a comment sounds ignorant. It's true, she wasn't an innocent, but she also didn't go bedhopping with everyone in Hollywood, either. She had a terrible childhood with no parents, security, or love. The resulting insecurity of not feeling wanted or worthy was probably why she had many lovers. She was looking for validation & acceptance.

  • tenia bonita voz!!!

  • Best View today

  • ya can see how small she was in this vid , n just cuz she was a bit bigger in a l8r film she was made the poster girl 4 larger girls - she was tiny!

  • Reminds me of Madonna 8/

  • That really is Marilyn singing. Her directors for musicals even signed legal affidavits to attest that she was genuinely performing in her roles.

  • loo ikr it was so cute

  • SHE KILLED

  • omg this is so over the top!!!! i love it

  • This my bitch right here :))

  • she's my favorit accter even i "young" to this time. i love this song!

  • Comment removed

  • um, thats not her real voice. she was an actress, not a singer. other women did her voice in most of her movies.

  • @yazzisabeast false

  • @yazzisabeast You´re wrong, she did sing in her movies, for example:

Most of the song in this film is Monroe's own voice but she needed help in two phrases – "These rocks don't lose their shape, diamonds are a girl's best friend", and at the beginning with a series of high-pitched "no's", all of which were dubbed in by the soprano Marni Nixon. (From wikipedia)

  • @yazzisabeast actually it is.

  • shes just so beautiful <3

  • Best thing about the movie! (Well, this number and Jane Russell's knowing wisecracks, I mean...)

  • her phrasing was sublime. she was such a studier. always improving herself.

  • lmao when she says no its so cuteee

  • she had a real women's body more celebs should look like that these days

  • wow she sounds really different then i thought she would...

i guess i thought since she looks just like britney spears she would sound like her too

    haha i know its stupid

    anyways, she sounds great

  • she has an amazing voice!

  • One of a kind, MM's face.

  • She made sexy look classy.

  • marylyn monroe, as a brand, promoted the consumer culture and boosted the commercialisation of human life....

  • Hasahnee - Lighten up. Diamonds are a girl's best friend. She knows men are undependable animals and not to be trusted, whereas diamonds can be sold to pay the rent.

  • well put!!!!

  • @hasahnee Stop making her a scapegoat for your disillusionment of the world. Marilyn was playing a role, a character who had nothing to do with her in real life. If you read biographies, you'd be aware Marilyn was not materialistic. She owned mostly fake jewelry & had to borrow the studio's evening gowns for public events, because she owned very few herself. She rented apartments & later owned 1 small house. She was interested in self-improvement & becoming a better actress, not in making money.

  • wow. marilyn monroe was the first person to refer to diamonds as "ice." lol i love her voice.

  • classic!

  • I sang this last year for my Music assessment at uni. Love the song & Marilyn's performance in this film.

  • Marilyn was born on June 1st 1926, which would make her 83. Wow, can't belkieve it. Bet she would still be beautiful!!!

  • right back at you cunt.

  • Gotta love Marilyn! Such a beauty. She didn't have to be trashy & slutty to be sexy!

  • i love marlyn<3

  • thats marilyn monroe not madonna! this is from my favorite movie! love it! and its my ringtone!

  • You must get a lot of hookers to know what they look like or are you just going by your moms looks?!

  • Cosmopolitan, that isn't Madonna. She made a remake of this song. This is the original.

  • R.I.P to one of the best actressess holly wood has eva seen Marilyn Manroe

  • @SupperSimMovieMaker you must have not seen alot of films then. lol.

  • she is simply superb!

  • I love Marilyn and I love this film & this song! I've actually sung this song in singing lessons and have performed it twice; I'm performing it again tomorrow! I just love singing this song.

  • That first "no!" is the cutest thing I have ever heard =]

    <3

  • I love Marilyn Monroe.

She is one of my favorite classy ladies.

  • Not just a dumb blonde: Monroe was an underrated actress who also sang pretty well. She was great in comic roles.

  • beautiful lady!< 3

  • she'd be 83 years old. I'm doing this huge project on her that counts as half my grade in English, so i should know.

BTW: can you find this song on iTunes? This exact song by Marilyn Monroe?

  • how old would she be if she was still alive

  • She'd be 83 next month!

  • If she was born in 1925, which she was, she'd be 84 now.

  • Oops. Sorry I miss-read her date of birth.

  • totally agree!

  • I just luv Marilyn in this vid she's absolutely amazing!!
