A wise will realize Quran's truth by this verse: (No Offence but Defence)
(Quran Verse 60:8) "As for such [NonMuslims] as do not fight against you on account of [your] faith & neither drive you forth frm your homelands, God does not forbid you to show them kindness & to behave towards them with full equity: for, verily, God loves those who act equitably"
If an ignorant Muslim, who never understood Quran correctly, kills innocents, it will be totally unfair to slander Quran for his crime

I'm interesting to know what happened to the cut-off heads before, after and around the cut-off. If Islam is so very peaceful as you claim it is, maybe you should explain that to Muslims first.
BTW: I was so clever myself to read before and after the pieces he took from Koran. Not everybody is automatically stupid and believes everything.
