  • Protect that beautiful platform - use bumper plates when doing these, or just do them on rubber floor. Your gym owner will love you for it.

  • would you recomend it insted of deadlift

  • My trap bar weighs 55lbs and it is easier to do than a traditional deadlift. It is actually more like a squat than a true deadlift though and much easier on the back...uses more legs and glutes than back. I can do 275 on the trap bar but only 235 on a traditional deadlift.

  • how much do the hex bars wieght?

  • @SuperBeandude mine weighs 55 lbs.

  • I've been told that this is not a true deadlift so to speak. I've done this variation and it is hard. I recently hurt my back doing traditional deadlift. I think this variation is easier on the back and spine.

  • @sexee509 bad technique.

  • Turn the bar over

  • @dragns ...and add some weight...and get a platform.

  • Shut the fuck up and get on with the demo!!!

  • trap bars are hella hard, i'm 15 n i can only do 270lbs+ on that.
