It works like a Super Robot Wars games where the stories are all mixed together. So yes, the game does follow the story from Eureka 7 just loosely.

I think this is a PS2 game that was only released in Japan due to licensing issues. It is a collection of various mechas from differant animes, not just Eureka Seven.

not sure about the cut-back drop-turn, though I think I've seen it done in another video.

So who (in this game) is piloting Nirvash? Is this game part of the anime timeline or before it? I read that you said its part of EP 11 but I still dont really beleive it just yet. Also what game is this in the states (so far the only E7 game I own is Vol. 1 New wavE which doesnt controle very well and this one looks like it does great)

It likely won't ever be released in the US because of licensing issues. A shame because it's an awesome game.

seriously? what kind of issues? of course sinse the game is PS2 it will likely (around 2009 I would guess) be released online as a rom in some kind of torrent with english patches. course I can just import it and learn japanese (which I already intend to do)

It has to do with the licensing of the various shows. All of the shows belong to different companies and it'd be a legal mess to get it straightened out.

No, not each season of Eureka Seven. That's not what he meant. The game is made up of several different series involving mechs.

These series aren't all licensed by the same companies in the US, and chances are none of them want to deal with the huge legal headache over a game which would more than likely not sell well in the states.

Well I understand your point now because I just saw something reguarding Gundam so it makes sense. But to include gundams in a game mainly about Eureka doesnt sit well with me...its just to bad it wont make it to the states.

It appears to manuever just like it does in the show itself. It really looks like they got the mechanics down for this one as opposed to the the first one where the only unit that seemed to maneuver as it should was the L-Gaim MKII

Yeah, the maneuverability of the Nirvash is fantastic. It controls just like it should. I kind of wish it had a few more melee moves though.
