@MehAway i used 2 think i could never do it.... been doing it for a month and week and i think ive gotten pretty good at it so far..... and this can build the muscles up in ur legs and stuff so it should help if ur careful. and as 4 balance? i used 2 have balance issues 2 but doing this solved them for me.
