@TheJackster989 every girl in this game has their own event. If you manage to pass the event of a particular girl successfully and if her heart is red, then she will confess to you after 2 years..it's something like that. For my case, I didn't encounter Gina's event but I proposed her when her heart level is red and I managed to get married to her.
