It was always the same BGM from CotA through MvC1, but it was so heavily remixed (with different beats and instruments) each time that it sounds different from game to game. It takes a trained ear to hear the similarities.

Anyway, they literally took the MvC1 variation of Wolverine's theme and made an arrangement out of it. They're working so hard on this game and now, they're lazy, because they remixed a specific variation of Wolverine's theme? Seriously?

No. I'm dead serious. Wolverine has had the same theme since CotA. The thing is that the other Marvel characters' themes don't sound EXTREMELY different from one another when remixed from game to game, such as Spidey's and Blackheart's. All of the other X-Men characters that appeared in more than one game experienced the same thing (excluding Gambit and Omega Red).

All in all, it's understandable that people think that they're not the same. It's just an extreme style change.
