rockbox is very good. it supports many other applications than your players default. i have rockbox for my sansa e250, and it is so cool that it has games and stuff, but it is not compatible with my sansa dock, so i will have to uninstall it.
well to watch videos, first you got to convert them to .mpeg with WinFF and then place them on the irver.
Then you turn on the irver and you go to files (first go to setting and enable "view all suported files"), once you´re there, you click on the archive by holding the O button, and the you select the Mpeg player option and you´ve got it

wtf thats the same episode i put on my iriver h340... sounds was also crap, that was because of the video though. not iriver's fault
