how will a drought mak a country surrender. look at americas current enemies. iraq and afghanistan. i dont think a drought will effect those countries too much.. and even if it were used against china or north korea, it would take decades to dry up all the food and render the country useless
Es interesante, y más hoy donde se esta dando todo esto del Haarp y el terremoto de Chile, quisas si sea culpa de Haarp el terremoto además como existen 5 estaciones en diferentes partes del mundo no se sabequien pudo ser.
claro... la unica diferencia entre HAARP y los otros calentadores de ionosfera del mundo, esque, de acuerdo a patentes Eastlund/APTI, haarp es una red de antenas con diseño completamente unico y exclusivo
