this game used to scare me shitless as a kid I mean my sister would play I would watch and the my sister pissed off a shopkeeper and that evil guy started raping them. i was so scared back then jesus....
Hey I'd really like to thank you for these videos. I bought this game when i was a kid but never got past the beginning of video #2. Great to see how it turns out!
Oh also, is there any way at all to get rid of objects like sticks, rocks, and bones from the axe guys? I hate leaving them lying on the ground. I was hoping you could throw the sticks in the fireplace. Nope, would be cool though. I've stuck all those useless items in the fountain in the first town, lol.
I tried tricking a shopkeep into buying a stick when I sold him a steak, by placing the rock on the steak right before he spun the table. He took them both. Then threw the rock back at me. LOL.
Haha, ah, the joys of trying to sell silly stuff to the shopkeepers...
I'm afraid that there's no way to get rid of rocks, but if I'm not totally mistaken you can actually put the sticks into a lit fireplace. Not throw from a distance, just stand next to the fireplace and click it with the stick in hand.
As far as recharging goes, I'm afraid it's a no-go. Pretty poor of the game if you ask me.
And, yeah, took me ages to figure out what the blue orbs did...
Damn, was really hoping there was like an enchant spell which would let you recharge them. Also tried laying depleted magic items on the revival altar, didn't work. Just tried putting sticks in the fireplace, both the one at the tavern and at the start house, neither worked for me. Seems odd, also especially odd are the "bones" that spawn when you kill the giant axemen/skeletons. Don't think the bones ever go away, so wouldn't that forest be full of bones if you keep killing them? Weird.
Heh, usually the forest is full of bones when I'm done. I didn't show the very boring grind parts in the videos, because let's face it it's not fun to devote 3 episodes to killing giants :P.
The only way to recharge items are via cheats or save modifiers, but I really think it should've been part of the game. Oh well!
Would be nice if the weapons guy bought Sticks for 1 copper since they technically are weapons, and would also be neat if somewhere in the game was like a crazy hermit guy that bought junk items (wouldn't pay much, but still buys them. Rocks, sticks, "boulders" (the ones that are removed from the wall to reveal a button), paintings/tapestry, that bone you find by the wolves, and "bones" from axemen/skeletons, etc.. oh well.

Hey, is there a way to recharge magical items? For example I bought a Techmace and used the Powerstrike like.. I dunno 10 times, and now it's out. Is that ability permanently gone now?
If you like this, I would definately recommend you Lands of Lore 1: Throne of Destruction. Also has the same gameplay and both very very awesome games.
You actually have them in the playlist in reverse order. It's easy enough to edit. ;)
Also, now when you upload a new video, you can just add it to the playlist and it'll be added at the end. Makes it easy when you do them from the start. :)
What exactly are you doing in this game? My god this is so ancient.

Yeah, it's more commonly known as Lands of Lore: The Throne of Chaos, but may be called Destruction in some areas. Awesome game.

I'm a big fan of lands of lore and Diablo 2 Lord of Destruction so I accidently mixed it together heheh.

Be sure to create a Playlist on your page to organize all your videos for each game you LP. It's easier for your viewers to track them all.
