They act like 9/11 was just 'on the schedule', like everyone knew it was coming and Rudy didn't "prepare us" for it. Nonsense. No one in America could have predicted or prepared New York for 9/11 SPECIFICALLY. Radios, etc are 20/20 hindsight.

Ask what if the attack had happened in '93 before Rudy cleaned up the city. Looting? Riots? Mass panic? Rudy DID prepare NY. The rotted apple of the 80's would not have come through the event as well.
