Just received my new book for 2011 seems a lot of people forgot to advertise 60% drop overall and a whopping 70% drop in yellow pages ^_^ this speaks volumes about the changing ecomomy....maybe gone online or NOT.

Think, for a moment, about all the people you've encountered who actually walk around like that, and what their general demeanour towards other people was like. Before a word is spoken, we know so much about that character.

Did the add had to use the word JAN??? Its also a guys name and pronuanced YAN in Poland. What a message to send to Jan Jurewicz. It sounds like Im not happy with him when clearly HES NEVER MADE ME MORE HAPPY. It should had said "NOT-HAPPY-MAX"

The relevance is that since Jan forgot to put in the ad before the closing date, the company does not have an ad in the Yellow Pages, and will suffer loss of business as a result. Also, the chance to put in the ad will not come for another year. Hence the boss is not happy.
