  • if basil is frozen is not fresh!!!!!

  • @chokito111 Yep....your right. The basil was frozen. I worked with what I had on hand at the time. :)

  • @chokito111 It was frozen fresh, don't hate now

  • @WisdomCataraqui Yep, your right. I wasn't thinking. :)

  • I loved watching this. It was so relaxing. I love the color of your kitchen aide! Please show us the other attachments too!

  • The Kitchen Aid takes all the hard work out of pizza dough too.

  • the lady at the store demo mixed with the paddle , than she inserted the dough hook once it was combined

  • @TheRocketSilo I always do that too, but in this case the dough was unusually dry and just crumbled. I needed to press together the dough with my hands to mix it together. I was unsure when I began but it turned out in the end.

  • @MakingSweetCreations thanks ! I just got mine and haven't tried pasta yet

  • One tip with this machine is do not put your dough through the roller only once but fold it over on itself a few times re rolling it. This helps to activate the gluten more and create a silkier pasta as well as a better looking pasta once it is cut. Be sure to lightly flour the rolled pasta each side before cutting into shape.

Thanks for the tips! Nice Starburst add ;)

  • @PraiseYaHuWaH Thank you kindly for the excellent tip. Next time I use it I will be sure to roll the dough through the roller several times. Thank you!

  • Love the STARBURST Gummy Burst My GIRL Gets them for me by the BOX!-East Oakland Roy

  • @RoyPacShakur :)

  • :/ keep checking back for part two but I can't seem to find it.

  • :) Yay! Thank you! Looking forward to it!

  • When is part 2 coming out? :D

  • @cardigantales That is a good question! I totally forgot about it and I am processing part two right now and it will be posted laster today. Thanks for asking and reminding me!

  • If you wanted to dry how long would you have to leave it out and how would you store it?

  • @angelovestea I filmed a second part to this video but haven't posted it yet. I dried my pasta for 30 minutes. I just hung the pasta over the top of my mixer to dry and you need to make sure you cover tightly and store in the fridge until ready to use. You will likely want to use these within a week of making them. I hope that helps!
