Love what you put together...but would love to here from users who have downloaded your manual and have it operating properly. Also I am running a version of ICS with the sound and video not working...does your manual show how to load your program over the existing programs?

@GotSilpat If you were to check over on my other videos I have a Nook Tablet video with user submitted feedback. As for this you seem to already have recovery installed, to be able to flash ICS so this manual wouldn't apply to you. You have already done the per-requisit steps to flashing ROMS. In this case you would just grab a copy of CM7, shown in this video, and flash through recovery. This manual is for users that have factory stock devices and don't feel like google'ing.

been using cm7 on my kindle fire and it blows the stock rom out of the water in terms of performance and features. Only thing we lose is amazon prime videos and kindle lending library if you're a prime member but I feel the amount of customization, features, and performance is well worth it.

@GOPACKERSJT I haven't found any that don't work. A buddy came over last night with two KF's. One was his wifes and one was his...boy did I get to work. My wife was going to buy me one so I could root it. I enjoy this device must more then the B&N Nook!. Its much easier to hold. I edited up a CM7 version to my enjoyment and boy does it run great. I then messed around with the themes and created my own easy install package.

@GOPACKERSJT I'm finishing up some minor additions to the script and CM7 before I send them out tomorrow. Its totally worth it. You can revert back to STOCK so easy.
