You honestly think the human body retains the same metabolism your entire life after 15? true, you can greatly improve your health by eating right and exercising but you can't stop the decline that age brings. Actually in recent studies using basic stuff like olive oil and chillies it is possible to completely shut down the aging process sadly, no one has followed 100% of the healthy rules :( oh and Americans arent all fat just 48% LMAO guess you can blame that on aging too lol!
