Never hire an attorney, google "Right to Travel" it is easy to learn how to cite what the Supreme court has said about traffic citations. Also learn how to bill them for defending the unlawful action against you. Also never say that you "Understand" anything to a cop/tax collector.
you can be nice or a jerk and still receive a ticket. in az, a civil traffic ticket does not have to be signed, if a criminal ticket is issued and not signed it is ground for an arrest.
so check your local laws, dont be afraid to ask questions. and obey the law and youll be just fine!
