@zotoko1 It's the track Nightstalker by musician Kenji Kawai. He did the soundtrack for Ghost in the Shell and other movies by Mamoru Oshii.

For the general knowledge, Kenji Kawai has participed for the OST of Fate/Stay Night but I think his bestest compositions are the two OST of the GITS story :)
