  • Using momentum is the Westside, back maintenance way of doing it. It can be done as a strict movement also.

  • It looks very creative. One sort-of problem (though if it lets you use more weight, maybe cheating's fine) is that the weight seems to go past directly below your hips, so that it gives momentum allowing you to lift it back up.
