Stack is staying with the Mavericks. He was still gonna stay originally and get resigned with the mavericks after 30 day rest. Well that was the plan. The mavs and nets have settled on a new and improved trade.

Well he did average 29.8 a game at one point. But his career was semi- shattered by injuries, he is still a star, and can start on any team in this league and post 20-30 easily. It's a shame he doesn't get that chance I agree, but at this stage of his career he's looking to win.
