That's such a great idea! I have curly hair and my hair does that thing where I can't change it after it dries (like if I have it up in a pony tail and then take it down, it stays) so I can't wiat to try this!

My hair is curly like yours, what I do to mine is just put in some anti-frizz gel, its from Avon i think its called like lotus shield i put that in it and then put it in a low ponytail, and let it stay like that for a couple of hours, if I do that, it ends up looking kind of tousled and curly, but no frizz, I also use Tresseme Naturals shampoo and conditioner, it makes it really soft too. You might like to try that if you want I think it is really easy and pretty quick. I'll try your idea thanks

My hair is just as curly as yours and wavy! I used to hate it so much and straighten it all the time bcuz nothing really worked but I found that Tresemme firm control moose works really good! And I use there shampoo and conditioner to. it makes it really soft. And now i dont have to damage it with a straightener and I love it curly now :) and thanks for ur tips!

you should try the fantasia hair polisher styling gel (the clear one) it is a gel but it leaves hair really soft

Mousse has had such a bad rep for years, I wonder if the formulas have changed/improved - Id hope so.I used to use it years ago but it did dry my hair out terribly. I always turn my nose up at mousse and walk past it but this video actually may have swayed me a little to try it out at least. Its super cheap any how. I wonder what itd do with layering of a moisturiser like shea (I have 3b so its curlier than yours) Does it still have that weird sticky residue, the mousse that is?

cute. Thanks for the tips! I actually flat iron the hair on the top of my head (sparcely, lightly) or blow dry it (only the top) , and THEN I wet the lower parts and apply mouse or leave in, or conditiner (wtevr I have). It makes my hair have a little less volume on the sides because the curls have more weight on th ebottom and the hair is straighter at the top :)
