No it's dumbass. Okay I don't want to be rude so I take that back. You just misunderstand... The entire south park series is copy written. Therefore the creators could have this clip deleted anyways. But they didn't because of their beliefs about copy protection. That means that if the original sound track that was used for the show in the first place was used in this clip, it would not have been removed either.
