Lost $4,900 on a Tektronix Oscilloscope by eBay scammer "TestEquipmentSurplus"out of Anaheim, CA.

The seller Joon Kyong said "We ship item!" but the Oscilloscope never arrived and his phone was "No Longer in Service"

We called to file a resolution center complaint, asking if the team could help us bust Mr. Kyong, the seller who ripped us off.

The PayPal/eBay Fraud Investigation Team said they would NOT investigate anything without a written Court Order from an Anaheim Circuit Judge.

ebay didn't do anything for me in a situation where I paid for an item that the seller took a ridiculous amount of time to send to me and when I decided to refuse the item because of how long it took to arrive they basically decided not to award me my money back or at least assist me in  getting the seller to re-send it to me since I was out over four hundred dollars. They had the nerve to send me an email basically saying "sucks to be you, but please keep on shopping with us".

if buyers can leave feedback then so should sellers be able to leave feedback. There are bad buyers out there who will blackmail the seller to get the item for nothing because they know that they hold the hatchet called negative feedback. I predict ebay soon to be out of business. There feedback system is unsustainable. What company do you know of that can survive when they voluntarily shoot the buyers at their door.

the buyer filed a claim through paypal and even though i provided ample evidence to support my claim(proof and date of receipt, prove of the time buyer contacted me to, return policy, the actual listing that stated that buyer had 3 days to notify me about anything or if the product didn't meet their satisfaction, etc.) i highly doubt PayPal even read any of the evidence i provided because they issued the buyer the refund not only putting me in the red but i never received my item back.

Ebay dont even have customer service by phone...that right there should be a signal to leave Ebay in the dust! They handle everything by online chat, and that is just so unprofessional for a huge popular business like Ebay. Amazon seem more professional, and at least they not afraid to speak to their customers over the phone. Highly recommand Amazon!! Not to mention how preposterous Paypal policy is, and they should NOT have the right to hold funds, that sellers earned and deserve!

i had a buyer that i didn't trust claiming he didn't receive the item,i had proof i shipped the package but still had to pay the full refund to the buyer and lost a lot of money because of this!

the buyer didn't even ask me personally about the shipment he claimed his money back without communicating at all,i couldn't even give the buyer negative feedback,i bet he did receive the item without having to pay a single dime!!

same here but my story is a bit different. the terms of my return policy stated that buyer had 3 days from receipt of the item to notify me about any defects or damages on the item. now the buyer waits almost 2 months before claiming that the item came damaged. he asked for a refund which i denied due to the fact that over a 2 month period i don't know what you have done to the item to alter it and then claim that it arrived that way.well least to say he filed a claim through paypal

Valerie grossly exaggerates the significance of a single negative feedback.. page 800? Give me a break... when I seach with Best Match lower feedback sellers listings are oftentimes above those with higher feedback because of other factors (price location etc..) but I will admit I prefer 'ending soonest' which can EASILY be reset as your personal permanent default setting using a link that is right next to the field that allows you to change it temporarily.
