Galiano Parks blocks our direct access to the beach

As a Galiano Tax Payer this "Park and Wreck Commission's" fence project is disgusting and a complete waste of money. It is ugly and cuts off convenient access to the beach for the NorthEast neighbour. The beach accesses on Galiano should be left in the hands of the Highways Department who own them. A licence of occupation should not be given to the Galiano Parks and Recreation Commission who are at this time a group of biased unelected people.

Wow... this doesn't make any sense. I don't understand why the Parks Board decided that the fence was a necessity - especially so close to your property. You're right... nice use of taxpayers' money, as usual.
