  • hey men.. nice engine.. im expecting this week my first 15 cc gas engine... can u pelase tell men. whats the procces for breaking in.... the way you didi it. ,, thanks.. bro....

  • @ishdj just put it in your plane and fly slowly is the best way

  • @alishanmao what if get dead stick... lol

  • BLENDER HAS ENGINE

  • Does this thing run on straight gas? No 2 stroke oil no nothing?

  • @Naturepheonix need to mix oil

  • @alishanmao Isn't that a 4 stroke though?

  • @Naturepheonix 2 stroke mate

  • if you close your eyes, this sounds totally like a girl

  • Did you get your finger in the prop? Beginning of video, no bandage / end of video, bandage.

  • @tydek07 hehehe things happen :D

  • Great Video :-)

  • Oh Damn it!!

  • 4hrs running on ground to break it in? Just put it in a plane and fly it!!!

  • Ali -- you don't want to spend 4-hours running an engine in on the ground -- you'll wear it out -- all the fine particles of grit kicked up by the prop will be sucked into the carby. Just bolt it on a plane and fly it! Run it in while in the air -- that's *much* better for the engine (and easier on your ears).

  • @xjet Sir Bruce, I did not know that we could do that. I am new to Gas engines and was taking guidance from my other friend who flies 26cc and bigger engine gassers. but now I have learned that right after starting these engines run great and we could do what you just told me. for my next plane, I would try to follow that. its just that my friends told me new gas engines has too much vibration and they can damage the plane. so better break in on stand

  • 1168 vids wtf? how long have u been on utube?

  • where can i buy nitro gas

  • 0:19-0:22!!! that was pure comedy!!!!! i kept on rewinding that and playing it over and over again!!!! sooo funny!

  • Hi again! More questions for you! I know its a bit off topic but what osd do you use for FPV? Also what is the Software that is running on the laptop that tracks the flight? Looks like Google Earth....

  • @catamaranman333 Hi I am using totally FY Gear. FeiYu OSD AP117 i think. it has great amount of details on screen. Even without FY3ZT UAV System, this OSD gives out tons of information for your flight including home point and distance from home etc. I use FY3ZT UAV Autopilot system and the software GCS is also FY that uses Google Earth of course.

  • @GPNflyman1 thx :D

  • WHAT MEANS 'BREAKIN IN A ENGINE' ?

  • @fernades45 good reply from fernades45, something to add, when braking in, the internal engine parts will mate properly by running it at controlled speed and letting it reach to a right temperature. this way engine will have good life and run smoother.

  • @alishanmao it is nececery to do it right?

  • @geo6642 very nec

  • @alishanmao i put the question mark bu accident :)

  • "Oh dammit, propeller running backwards..." LOL Ali - I love how candid your videos are, showing the good and some comedy mishap too !! Cheers !!

  • @jacebigelow heheh well its not mishap, this propeller is a pusher propeller. Engine is running in right direction. the plane i am going to use this engine on is a pusher jet, so we had to use Pusher propeller that runs or thrusts backwards. so All oil goes to it.

  • if it needs an 30:1 mixture you should'nt put 40:1 in it and sure not during break in!!! it can damage you piston and cilinder very much!! you know the 1 :35 mixture has a reason... i thought it need an 1;25mixture thats the standard mix for 31cc or smaller if someone sais to you that it needs less oil they like to kill an engine or want it to die faster! i allways run 1;20 or 1:12 for the break in. and just rev. it a bit more will make the break in go faster. it think your engine would be fine

  • @soverato3 well I did not listen to those guys and i went with 30:1 mixture. ran it damn rich yesterday and today gonna give it some more breaking in with 35:1. last 2 hours and then gonna put it on plane.

  • it louks awsome

  • Dude it's like christmas day here !!!!!!! fhsalfihfwisgbz.el;s\a lol

  • @ben64911 I am a muslim and do not celebrate Xmas so I am working all the time

  • Can I apply this method to alll 2 stroke engines like string trimmers and gopeds??

  • @mememojo many people do stand engine breaking in. yes youc an

  • dude its cristmas eve asdasdfasdfasdfsadfasdfadsfaghdfgjfgkjk.ngjuyndf

  • 2:20 did u cut urself ali?

  • @theeverythinggeek828 Yup :( when I was cutting the spinner to fit it on propeller :(

  • Is there a chart somewhere to get fuel oil mixture ratio's? I seen a video here on Youtube where a guy recommends 25/1 in his buggy. Is the ratio based on the size of the engine basically? Thanks.

  • @frankcoffee I am not very experienced in Gasoline engine matters as I just started but for now I know, breaking in can be done with like 35:1, idle speed, then 45:1 and keep increasing idle speed on each tank until 8 tanks are done.

  • Nice.

  • Looks like a really nice engine. Will be sweet to see it fly. Happy Holidays!

  • @96sunvalley can't wait to see it fly that big flycat

  • the sweet sound of a gasoline engine!!!!!!

  • @geo6642 yup and do not forget the smell of Gasoline

  • whats with so much break in time? redcat gasoline cars don't need so much fuel for break in right?

  • @Pesco420 for Plane engines its better to break in for long time as they will run smooth producing less vibrations when you put them on planes.

  • 4 hours... thats dedication

  • @soccerfreak1323 still got 6 more hours to go

  • lol looks like you got your finger a little to close to the propeller lol

  • @keith42085 to spinner :D

  • very very very nice. I,m thinking of buying a bigger engine too.But why so much gasoline for braking in the engine? The 26cc offroad off mine doesnt even use so much for breaking in.Is it because of the rpm?I still think you should try to learn to hover your plane hahaha, just joking ali dont crash the beast. bye bye

  • @rtoebak76 for Plane engines its better to give them lot of gasoline and lot of breaking in time. after approx 8 hours of good breaking in they run smooth and with little vibrations. thats the best time to put them on Planes and enjoy full performance

  • nice

  • what is wrong with your finger ?

  • @StewieRc got too close to spinner

  • i like to buy them already broken in.....easier....even though it costs more.

  • @flyingchimp99 problem is no one breaks them in before selling hehehe, unless you buy a second hand

  • @alishanmao my hobbie store does.....but i use nitro not gas so i dont know if nitro engines can be pre-broken in for you and gas cant

  • haha great video idea
