Manual, As the Apostles did in the beginning of their letters you must make it clear who you are addressing. If you're speaking to unbelievers who claim to be Christians yet their lives are not evident of a new creature in Christ then address them personally and share the Gospel because we can agree that you can't teach holy living and sanctification or consecration to unbelievers. Preach the Gospel to that target audience. If you're rebuking Christians then thats a different matter
Excellent video and great way to show the scripture to others by visually doing so....and the message that we are to not only hears the word of God but to be obedient to it....
Tho the fictional character you are referring to (Jesus) may have had a few good things to say... I'm not going to give away all of my possessions, abandon my family, or support the practice of slavery as he also condoned. Logical thought, education and science has given us so much more than that primitive and poorly written book you are quoting from. And sorry, you seem like a nice guy, but that was extremely boring too.
@decide2think Why would anyone with your sense watch this? Second of all, you're taking the "giving all away" out of context. In Mark 10, Jesus listed the commandments minus the last one, which is "thou shalt not covet". When that rich young ruler missed the point, he then told him to give all away to confirm that this was his problem, coveting. There are many rich people in the bible who were rich and didn't have that problem. Take Joseph of Arimathea for example.
This is truly inspired teaching ! The Holy Spirit is residing inside of you. Only the TRUTH can set us free. Many preachers are teaching heresies today.
May the LORD Jesus continue to bless & inspire you.
This is by far the best video I have ever seen on. Period. I was so encouraged by it and I love your enthusiasm! I couldn't disagree with anything you said. Everything was so right on! You speak so intelligently and articulate God's word so clearly and it is obvious you delight in it SO much. Thank you for posting that video -It made my Day, week, month, and year! I could seriously watch this video every day. Thanks Again!
Ephesians 4:30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
Mental ascent to salvation can not grieve Holy Spirit via sinning after soul salvation .... for they are not saved and the Holy Spirit is not in them... void of Him when they sin they do not, can not grieve the Holy Spirit... for He is not in them.
@dmosier Check video titled "John McTernan" parts 1 through 3 and check if you can explain how "accidentally" bible prophecy about real living covenant works. You might say "coincidence", how can more than 50 prophecies and its effects was fulfilled in accurate precision be a coincidence?
but doesn't lust turn out to be love like for example i can remember a friend that well in the beginning it was lust but then it change to bf and gf and now they happily married with a son which is great but it started with lust how does that wrk out?
@goyogarcia08 If you're single, it's ok... If you're married, you only imagine about your wife... Jesus says "adultery", not "fornication". For singles, don't imagine married women. If you're in a relationship, just your gf (my opinion). Just don't sex outside marriage
@tm2cruz Actually, it's not okay. 1 Jn 2:16 says that lust is of the world. It's only "okay" when you "lust" after your spouse. As believers, we should strive to remove lust from our eyes (Mk 9:47) and fall for the righteousness in the one that catches our eyes. Yes, it is hard to do because we're flesh. But, we cannot accept lust as just a part of man.
@rpierre777 Nope, I studied those verses already. Remember, "New Testament" verses cannot stand by itself without the "Old Testament". All the quotations in New Testament are from Old testament. you need to get back to the Old testament scriptures to help the real context of the verses in New Testament. We just labeled those verses that way because we were brought up and our mind sets affects our interpretation of those verses.
Study more, don't rely on your denominational teachings
@tm2cruz First, don't judge according to a pre-conceived notion. I am not nor have I ever been a denominational guy who only follows what I'm taught. I am a studier of both old and new testament. There is nothing in the Old that justifies lust. What verses/passages are you referring to? What is your study material? Lust is a sin of the eyes-period.
@rpierre777 First, try to remove the word "lust" and try to identify what word really fits what you're pointing out. Example, like the word "evil". We say like "don't do that evil anymore". If you try to not to use the word evil to point out what you're trying to say, you will say like "don't lie to your parents anymore".
Try that, and study it yourself the verses in the new testament about those areas and verses in the old testament. Internet can help but there's...
@tm2cruz Whether you say "evil" or "lie", it is still representative of something God rejects. But to attempt to justify lusting after someone is, to me, similar to someone trying to justify smoking weed.
@rpierre777 ...but there's too much action going down there. One view explains his view, and another view explains his view. Read both sides and study yourself those verses they pointed out. My view I posted here is just a sumarry, if you need verses comment box will not fit.
I prefer the Lord will teach us in this topic, not me, not our teachers, nor other leaders because it will turn out to a "debate" or "battle". It will be a little help but the Lord never lies compared to us, right? :)
@tm2cruz I agree. I have studied this years ago and have read multiple sides to this. You can message me the information if it's too much to put in a comment box. Or, just list the book chapter verse so I can know what you are referring to. Yes, Christ can teach us all things, but first we have to not justify sins and then we can grow in righteousness.
@rpierre777 Well, you haven't seen all of them yet. Keep searching, because when I researched it took me long also to understand the verses and the context of the bible. I really used to believe that it was wrong but I guess you're looking on different topic bro. Because I wasn't looking at lust that's why try not to label and search for lust, for sure it's sin.
I'm not justifying sin, we label it sin just like we thought God wants us to forgive and forget but it's not. We assume its there
@tm2cruz Well, if you have searched it for years and found something that I couldn't find after years of searching, why not share it? Why would you intentionally want me to take years to find something you "know of" to be in the bible instead of freely sharing it?
@goyogarcia08 It's a temptation for anybody to lust before you fall in love. We all go there somtimes. I could relate but that doesn't make it right. its not pleasing to God. When we lust after a women it's a selfish motive. Your first motive should not be what we get from that women. That would be a selfish motive. Love is outward giving not self seeking. Its not about us. Now there is nothing wrong with wanting an attractive woman but again with the right motives..
"By the grace of God" amen, it's all provided back there on the cross, all we need for " life and Godliness" and now we merely have to cooperate with him in the sanctification process!
AMEN! The whole double life thing is something that I've been thinking about lately. There are so many stories where I've heard of people that are completely turned off of church and have walked away from Jesus b/c of people that are saying they are a 'Christian' and then living in a completely different way.
Glad to see a video that's actually in line with the bible.
ok so are u saying if we do not do these things (true christians) can lose salvation OR are u saying that if we do not naturally after recieving of the spirit do these things we are fake christians please explain because these things are scary if we still need to live holy to recieve salvation tht wasnt how i got saved when i recieved the spirit i was broken and i repented and got saved and the spirit hasnt left through all of my sins so please help me understand this
These holy things all chaf my gut brother. But you are right, and God makes one to walk in them. By the Holy Spirit, He see that it can be done. You are teaching the truth. Please know you are doing well. I pray you will not be hurt to badly by the devils matching counter attacks. Love you.
Thank you so much for this video. I have a question about the Sabbath day. Did Jesus not keep it and is that not one of the things we should try to keep?....because we love Christ not because we can be saved by doing it. It has been a question I have had for a long time and I would love to hear your point of view on this. Thank you for your time.
Even Jesus didn't abide by the legalistic laws that the Pharisees had about the Sabbath. Jesus said this about Sabbath in Mark 2:27-28 "The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. So the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath." The idea of Sabbath is one that is still out there today. Basically what this and some other verses point to is that God made the Sabbath so that we as people could have a day where we focused on him and allowed ourselves to take a break
@ZacCombustion Thank you so much for your response. I understood it the same way you do that the Sabbath was made for man to have a day to rest and worship God. It brings me joy to set a day apart for our Lord and rest in him and come together with other believers to honor God. The thing I am looking for is Why the change? I can not find anything in the Bible that states that the Lords day was changed. I only get references that the Church changed it. Thank you again :)
In our world today I think the need to take a break is sooo important. We try to just keep going all the time. Always working and studying and it's really not even healthy for us. With regards to the whole focusing on God element... The Christian church originally shifted their worship services from Saturday to Sunday in order to differentiate themselves from the Jews. So the 'Sabbath' as a day of respect to God is basically going to Church. That's basically the sum of it
It's interesting to note that conspicuously missing in Matt 5,6 & 7 is the Sabbath observance..... Having a personal relationship w/ Jesus is like observing Sabbath everyday every minute in our heart. Jesus is the Sabbath.
YaY! you finally have more minutes to deliver a true Word! Your message today is timely for the church, and it is great encouragment for me. I made two messages yesterday, but did not upload till this morning, and what confirmation! God is speaking, and He is speaking the same message for the Bride, to examine herself, and make herself ready! He is coming SOON!

My "house was built on the rock", for over 25 years.
Science DESTROYED the house and the rock.
I only needed to open my eyes and my mind to the reality that is science.
I am much better off now that I no longer believe in fairy tales and magic.
And I believe that you would be better off too.
