    I'm using tomato sauce on roasted eggplant and spaghetti squash, and it is delicious.

    I usually marinate my chicken in tomato so it tastes better...& i make spaghetti with bell peppers that is pretty good too :P

  • apple cider vinegar is soo nasty to me i wish i cant stand the smell or the taste ur lucky u can stand it

  • haha lol I got the tip from my grandpa & he lost almost 40 pounds just from the vinegar & toning down his fat...

    you can always just eat oranges :D

  • Thanks for sharing darling. Thankful I am not too big of a salt person. I do love pepper though. I am the same way as you are with pepper. I will need to try the whole teaspoon of apple cider vinager, however I would prefer the lemon instead, I agree the one in the bottle in nasty. Again you are such a doll for sharing this, especially since I want to loose weight. Big hugs and much love sweetness.

  • will the apple cider make you nauseous or upset your stomach if you are acidic?

  • apple cider doesn't upset my stomach, if you are unsure you can try a little bit instead of a full teaspoon. If not you can always just eat oranges throughout the day...
