so weit ich weiß, werden hier die teile für den a4 und a5 gepresst und geschweißt. der a3 wird nur montiert.

as far as i know, only the a4 and the a5 get her metal here. the a3 becomes only ready :)

Hole am 11.08.09 mein A3 Sportback TDI 2.0 Quattro ab! 1992 habe ich mein Audi 80 Avant TDI abgeholt, zu der Zeit gab es diese Empfangshalle noch nicht. 2003 habe ich mein Audi A4 Avant TDI abgeholt. Die Halle war noch nicht ganz fertig! Ich hoffe, dass ich dieses Mal das Abholzentrum im vollen Glanz erleben kann!? Es ist jedes mal wieder ein Erlebnis sein neues Spielzeug direkt von Werk abzuholen. Das Auto wird ein ins kleinste Detail erklärt. Wir freuen uns wie Bolle auf den schönen Termin!

So ein Auto was grad rauskommt kostet eigentlich um die 3000 - 5000 € an Materialkosten. Der Rest ist nur Geldmacherei.

Sicherlich wird Audi an dem Auto Gewinn machen, sonst rentiert sich das ganze ja wohl auch nicht. Aber das werden schon ein wenig mehr Kosten sein, Du vergisst das Arbeitsgerät und dessen Wartung, das Personal und die Arbeitsstunden, Energiekosten etc. Nicht zu vergessen die Entwicklung eines Autos wie des A3, das sind bestimmt mehrere Millionen, und das Geld muss ja wieder reinkommen...

Hi there...well, I work for Siemens, yes...most probably these robots are KUKA (I even saw KUKA's product range, so what you're saying is right). However, many AUDI plants have been automated with SIEMENS products, PLCs and communications (industrial ethernet etc.)

wie ist das denn mit den Abholkosten? Will mir auch einen holen ab Werk, die verlangen rund 480,-€ für die Werkabholung, was bekommt man dafür? Frei Essen im Restaurant? Wie rechfertigt Audi die Kosten?

Wie soll ich sagen, das Essen im Restaurant ist umsonst, Getränke sind umsonst (soviel ich weiß: "All you can drink") und dann gibts ja auch die Werks-Tour. Ausserdem wird dir das Auto haargenau erklärt. Und man sollte den Freudenfaktor nicht unterschätzen wenn man dann vom ersten Stock auf sein neues "Baby" runter blickt. Keine Frage, die Kosten sind hoch. Aber man holt ja auch nicht jedes Jahr einen Neuwagen ab.
