@eukaryote90, at least 2 factors might account for this: 1. The voice changer he is using might be a different type from the one he used in the earlier documentary and appearances. 2. As another poster has said, he is older, and apparently not in the best of health, which might affect his voice. He seems to have lung and breathing problems here for example, which might offer some support for this hypothesis.

Yes those were ufo's even though you could hear an insect sound. I know because I have taken numerous video of samething. At night you can see light's on them and they come from a larger ship. Wow, Victor's kind of a douchebag. He's knocking the makeup artists and laughing at the word "artist" as though he has a right to. And then he just diverts the point. Yeah, they said they could do better, but first they said "I think it's fake. Here's why. Point 1 point 2 point 3." He gets WAY too pissed off at the word "request" as opposed to "offer".

What Victor is saying is that if the video is a hoax - if the "alien" is in fact merely a human operated puppet - then he is challenging those who think this to prove it by finding the person (or people) who made the puppet. No. Basically, the aliens apparently KNOW about the future catastrophe that is going to happen, and they may have influenced the creation of the mayan long count calendar. Victor in the last part of the second part of this interview said "apres moi le deluge.. le deluge solaire". This is French. Look it up. It means "after me the flood.. the solar flood".

Yes those were ufo's even though you could hear an insect sound. I know because I have taken numerous video of samething. At night you can see light's on them and they come from a larger ship. They also seem to like telephone line's. I have read the small ufo's recharge from the power pole's. I have seen them signal each other and believe it or not go through the moon. Not sure it's even real moon anymore as numerous being's seem to be using it as a portal.

I'm well informed regarding UFO studies and from having seen Victors appearances from time to time since 1997 I must say that I fully believe this whole thing to be a directed disinfo campaign towards the UFO community. It triggers all the right buttons: Cheney, Rumsfeldt, Endtimes, False Prophets, Conspiracy, Area 51. The video evidence brought forth is very debatable thus mudding the waters for researchers who might then miss real data. I have numerous problems with Victor's appearances.
