In Utah,(USA) this would be legal! The posted speed limit on a couple of sections of Interstate 15 is 80 mph. (approx 130 kph) This speed limit applies to all vehicles, even oversize loads.

@tz138 I know its a bit late reaction. Thats because usa has good laws and holland sucks at almost everything.

We only get to drive 80km/h even on the highway where the max speed is 120km/h! And busses or touringcars can drive 100km/h with the same weight. You get the difference? wel i cant so you certainly can,t holland has crazy laws! And it sucks to drive here.

@marlb0r015 That does suck... 50 mph would not be real practical over here. It is not uncommon for me to have a 3000 mile (4800km) trip. Seattle to Boston, for instance.
