I personaly think capitalism is restrictive, and I prefere communism, but communism is far easier to abuse, and most people don't want communism, I can't just believe in forcing someone apon something that they don't want. @MichalisMpogias look into that actually. when i was a youngster, I read an obscure book by Engles or Marx, not sure who but he played with the idea that communism was the end result and that there were necessary steps between them, and democracy was one of them.And IMO If the European experiment with socialism actually pans out than the transition will work just like that. I thought that marx must have started off saying it was a progression but got impatient later and insisted on revolution.

@firehouse1974 People's personal opinions vary, I am liberal (meaning that on a whole people should be treat equally (not nessacarily the same just equally) no matter what social position, race, gender ,ect) and I think a system lead by the people for the people (basic idea of communism, I think - though I don't know much about it) is quite a good system but it can be abused and that isn't what everyone wants so I need to accept it's not the way to run things.

@MichalisMpogias look into that actually. when i was a youngster, I read an obscure book by Engles or Marx, not sure who but he played with the idea that communism was the end result and that there were necessary steps between them, and democracy was one of them.And IMO If the European experiment with socialism actually pans out than the transition will work just like that. I thought that marx must have started off saying it was a progression but got impatient later and insisted on revolution.
