wish .hack//chat never died...that had my .hack fix for a while

for those who don't know .hack//chat was basically the .hack//ps2 games worlds and you'd make a .hack avatar to walk around and socialize with people. they even set it up so you could create your own avatar too.

I still shed a tear whenever I notice that it's gone forever :'(

I definitely miss it though. Man, those were the days. :)

they should make a site similar to facebook called altimit os and when reading instead of having the hack characters portrait showing it would be your friends better yet they should just make an mmorpg of .hack

i first rented mutation when i was 10 even then the plot and music gave me goosebumps i was always intrigued with mysterious disturbing anime shows and games i wanted to learn more about what was happening in the plot and what was causing all of the weird things that happen thanks for the video

@mindshk The animation I recorded directly from playing the game on my pc with an all-in- wonder card. Then I cut it out so it was lines only and a transparent background so I can use it with any color. As far as getting it to work, there's a couple ways. There's a program called Deskscapes that I made it into a .dream file for, or you can just use the .gif of the portal (of the proper size) as a web bit on your desktop and just put it over the circle on the background with the circle hollow.

it is possible to have the desktop :D but for the icons, youll have to do that on your own, just google Altimit OS and look at the images, theres multipul colors of the desktop you can find :)

I like some of the dungeon music ,tho. It's not as "creepy" as it is "dramatic".

It's said you can transfer data from the old games to the GU series ,so if i can get my RYU book unlocked music on I THANKFULLY won't have to deal with the sad music.

Dramatic is a better word, yes.

Especially the dungeons with a castle theme, the one with the bells and voices.

I don't really care for the GU series, there was a time when I would play .hack//IMOQ every day, allday, I would really hate to play G.U. and realize that I hate the change of gameplay.

Also I don't like Haseo.

I understand what you meran. I'm watching ROOTS ,and Haseo is MUCH more bearable and understandable in the anime. I like the way he such a "kinda stoned" demeanor. Game!Haseo has a HORRIBLE personality.

I want the game to continue having my own part in the story ,but from what i see in the gameplay videos i'd be somewhat ok with the different system. There are some considerably cool features in the game ,but i'll continue with the anime first.
