Most religious people are great. It's a vocal minority, the cream of the crop that stands out so much. This is NOT meant to say all Christians act like this. But we DARE not ignore this behavior.

I belong to a very conservative church that doesn't get into all the extra-curricular activities. That being said, I think it bothers you because you don't see yourself doing that, and I don't either. Like you, their entitled to their experiences and beliefs. The KKK at the end is probably your more accurate affiliation. That explains a lot.

Snake handling was part of the mysterious ancient religion of the Minoans, and trance dancing is a staple of many Shamanic traditions.
