hey man, i'm trying to adapt to my recently made polyphasic sleeping schedule, its pretty hard..mine is 3am-6am(core) then 11am-11:25am(nap) then 4pm-4:25pm(nap) then 9:35pm-10pm(nap) and then back to the core. its pretty rough but i haven't overslept yet. i think it will be worth it once i actually adapt to the schedule...btw. check out my vids n subscribe n what not haha i'm trying to get more views n subscribers. i'll be sure to subscribe to yours! thanks a bunch n happy sleeping XD haha
This is different. I know when I was working I was always so tired just thinking about going. Now that I am off work Im having a good should go do..it puts someone right out. (Im having fun with you tho too.) I like learning about this sleep. Will check back. :)
Don't worry about re-stimulating yourself when you discover the first hints of the swirling hypnagogic state; that's natural too. You will learn to take it in stride and bounce back into hypnagogic quickly.
LoL I just finished watching your video,I had to try a couple of times because it was very slow to play.I think that ur video is very funny and I so understand u.I have the same problem with thinking that I have got grey hair and am losing hair and sleep.

Sleeping for 4 hours when experimenting with polyphasic sleep makes the brain crash and burn in hellfire. This is why he's so low on energy.
