@distortednetworks Shows how much of a newfag you are being how most governments and office computers use Windows XP and never update there computers with microsoft updates so if you were to manage to break or get on a network you'd own ever single computer on the LAN thats outdated. @PhiberOptics Government officies espically do mandatory updates. every office computer i manage is kept up to date. its actually not very often i see an office computer that has been out of date, most are managed by a single domain controller so updating every one individually is a non issue. updates can be tested and pushed at once to all machines on the network. learn 2 network, matt.

None the less I talk to some IT guys that handle computers down here were i am and they rarely update the systems due to the way it causes problems with the applications that government computers use lets take for example the food stamp office the Social Security Office the DMV list gos on there problems they use get raped by updates thus the reason they never update down here.
