Why after over 2 years there is an urgent need to get a copy of a birth certificate (a softcopy), spend a lot of money to fly someone over to Hawaii (airfare, hotel, lawyers fees [per hours]) when simply downloading a form online from Hawaii's State Vital Statistics website to request a copy of your certified hardcopy (with seal) Birth Certificate, plus cost of postage & fee of ~ $20.00? IF NObama isn't a natural born citizen, he isn't legally president. The very act of running and accepting campaign donations becomes a crime punishable by a LONG prison sentence. It also would mean PISSlosi commited perjury when she signed letters affirming that he met the constitutional requirements to be president, do prison for her too.
It would also negate every law and supreme court nominee he's made.

The fact it didnt directly say "citizens at birth" as compared to the others raised some missplaced concern. State Department manuel clearly says McCain is a citizenship at birth. Same for Obama. Obama has the privileged few. Such as Pelosi, look at all those from her district who have waivers from Healthcare. That waiver means they get the healthcare but don't have to have health insurance I am assuming.

A. The President did not shut down oil production. No producing wells were shut down.
There was a safety moratorium on deep offshore drilling, and it has been lifted. In light of the massive BP spill, that was a prudent thing to do.
B. Its not "our oil". Offshore oil (even from US waters) gets sold on the open market, often to other countries. America doesn't necessarily get more oil.
