Just looked at the *other* guys video you mentioned. It's funny how people will copy things from others instead of just coming up with their own unique approach to what they are selling. I've seen this happen plenty of times to people and it's never ceases to amaze me the reasons they do this - namely, laziness.
I'm sure it's not that someone else is doing what you're doing, but rather that he stole your particular presentation of it.
If you want the belly laugh of the year, see CARDMANFL1118 video on his "new high speed Monorail video" right after you watch mine posted in Sept 2010.
Every word I spoke, every move I made, even my kid playing in the background. When you're ready to ramp up your Disney Monorail motor, you can do it with the dealer who's made well over 1,000 in the past 3 years or go with the guy who hijacked my entire video who learned this last week. Tell him my kid's available to star in his next ripoff.
Indeed, I still do installs all the time. When the Mark VII is released next month I'll do those too, it'll be slightly more expensive as the motor will require an integrated pinion gear, I can't just use the original (and the soldering is more complex) but they are AWESOME! I bought 2 at the convention. Remote controlled too!
I knew in June, but thank you. I'll be picking up my sets next week at the D23 Convention, you'll surely see them on Ebay once install my high speed motors of course, unless Diz got wise and used one themselves, but I doubt it!
@Setheo1CP Next month, they're gorgeous! I bought 2 at the Convention. Remote operated with 3 different announcement also controlled by the RC, still slow as Molasses in winter but that's where I come in handy (-;/
Hey Hurricaine, yeah, I do have a Switch Station on the way, what you call a Ticket and Transportation Center, have a Dumbo, Astro Orbiter (these have been rebuilt as in my videos) some ride connectors, the Zephyr, Mini Monorail from Paradise Pier, some others, just ask...
Hey Collectitall41 you sold me mine Epcot spaceship Earth ball and my Contemporary Restort hotel. Look at my video its a AHurricaneProduction. Do you have any other sales
Also, a fairly credible rumour has it they will be releasing the Mark VII playset in Burgandy. One of the best Mono custom guys in the world made one by hand and it's amazing, See his video! You can probably expect it between Sept and Nov when all others have been introduced...
Yes, of course. I do it all the time. Do you know your way around Ebay? I'm Collectitall41. Just go to one of my listings under Disney Custom Monorail and send me a message under "ask a question"
I keep a running "wishlist" for my clients and contact them in the order they requested certain pieces before I bother to list them, half my pieces don't end up at auction, they're spoken for. When I come across one I think will suit your needs, I'll shoot you a number that should work for you. I always take requests and it rarely takes me long to find what you're looking for, living just 25 min from the Park I come across them often at estate sales, classifieds, yard sales, I search everywhere.
@wyattspop Yeah i also have the space mountain but the screamin rollercoaster and the the golden gate bridge are hard to find and those playsets i need to complete my collection but thanks anyway.
Hi I have a question I've been looking for a golden gate bridge monorail playset for ever and I have not seen this on eBay ever so could I buy your golden gate bridge from you if you are going to sell it
You don't want this, it's in poor shape, only reason I kept it, heck, I can barely afford some of the pieces I sell myself! The "Golden Goose" pieces of the Monorail collection (not counting the LE 250 pieces) are the Golden Gate Mono Playset, Space Mountain and the Cal Screamin Coaster, all 3 sell huge MIB. The Bridge & Space Mt command $350-$400+, the Coaster quite a bit less, I sell them cheaper, but all 3 have gone for over $500 each many times! I have you on my "wishlist"
@USSVoyager5 Good for you, my favorite part about them and the Paradise Pier Mini that almost no one even notices is they are the only ones that have a "Disneyland" announcement, not Disney World like the other 10 stripe colors. Love it if you'd post a quick vid so we can all hear it, otherwise I'll do it when I get my next one.
If you'd like me to install my high speed motor in it, just let me know. Oh, and it's a Mark V, all others are the Mark IV design.
@wyattspop i would like you to install a high speed motor in my Disneyland Monorail Toy please. i need to send the lead train to you, all i need is your address. I hope i can trust you.
I don't see the point of this video
