I think God gave him the gift of his voice so that he could influence all of us with his beautiful personality. He is included in my prayers at night. One of my greatest hopes is to meet him just so I can thank him in person for changing me.

When I think of what we would have missed if David had not auditioned for American Idol, Season 7, it saddens me. Thank you, God, for being there for David in his decision. How lucky we are to be a part of this brilliant journey that he's on...every day is a new chapter in his music career that he loves so much!
