The Cu Chi class is right down the hall. The instructor is a follower of the Charo School of Cu Chi, It's a lot more fun than some Cu Chi classes and, IMO, much more fun than this Poo Chi stuff. Poo Chi is way too touchy-feely for me & doesn't show immediate results like you get with Cu Chi.

This is actually kind of sweet. I know so many women who love being pregnant but HATE their post-partum bellies. If giving birth is a blessing, isn't the belly overhang something of a badge of honor? PS underneath Ms. Cave's belly I detect some serious control of her abs. She is brave to put herself on the line, especially with that camera angle.
