Yes, a dunk would most probably be worth two points unless one has arms long enough to reach the basket from the three point line. However, for a layup, as long as the person is behind the 3pt line, its considered to be worth 3 points. (Thats why its called a "three point line". Duh. Don't act like you're all smart and everything).
