He has created a totally new style of tattoo designs. I've asked my local pro tattooists in my country to make similar tats on me and everyone just said: " those are prison tattoos, done by amateur's, crap......etc". The truth is that they just didn't know the style. I've got some Japanese tats now, they look good but, if i had the power i would travell to L.A and get the real style i wanted. Mister Cartoon is a guru on this style and the money charged are fair enough i can say.

Thats to bad that they thought of the chicano art like that, there are tons of artist in los angeles that do art like this, and there not in prison, there great artist, its far from amatuer, have you thought about getting chicano art patterns from online? i would think they were jealous for saying that or just like you said, the cant do it. I know what ya sayin is right! I am actually from europe man the chicano art tattoos are not very popular here. You might get some similar stuff inspired by the chicano art but nothing original. I' ve found many cool designs online but I wanted certain things on me, so i can represent somehow things i've been through in my life. You know the chicano tattoos are also in a way related with rap music, so this gives more reasons to wanna get inked with it:P,thnx for your reply man! good luck to u 2!
