basically she is grounded cuz she didnt want her mum to know about her anorexia so melissa had to think fast so she told suzzanne that the took some speed

@WellieBobz many girls with eating disorders develop pica, which is an intense craving to eat things that aren't food. It's their body's lack of essential minerals that causes them to eat things they never would in order to replace the minerals. Other people without eating disorders also have this disease.
