Imagine, if you will, that the sex roles were different between men and women; and now, would the injustice this woman has tried to perpetrate be considered so appropriate? I am of the mindset that the false accusation of such a hideous crime is actually worse than the reality of having commited it. I hope thay throw the book at her- she truthfully deserves it. :(

no, the more important issue is that when a woman falsely accuses a man of rape, she is committing rape on him. the False rape accusation destroys his family, social life, and his job. Women who falsely accuse should be sentenced the same amount of time for someone who actually does rape someone.
