  • I have a browning 9mm hi power, i like your video thanks

  • Why is it so smokey in your house?

  • Bloody love the Browning!

  • Thanks! Love my 9mm!

  • Take down is easy! Simpler than a 1911!

  • Take down on the Browning is easy. I have a circa 1960 Belgium manufactured Browning 9mm and love it.

  • is this the weapon the Australian Army uses??

  • @xFATxETHIOPIANx Yes, this is the version all Australian military personnel use

  • I love the browning 9mm, but the take down is just too complicated. Still a first class personal defense weapon

  • thanks, great video

  • Thank you for this video. Just picked up my BHP and I love it already. I was shocked how easy it was to field strip this thing, easier than the 1911! Thanks again!

  • Excellent and beautifull pistol. Here in Argentina, it's produce by Fabricaciones Militares a modern version, the M95 Hi Power, which has the slide similar to the M1911A1.

    Greetings from Buenos Aires.

  • Thanks. Browning 9mm is beautiful.

  • thx m8 this vidio remmeber me on my yuth.

  • LoooooooL he is like my father gun in Syria :X:X:X: WooooW Browning is the best :D i experiment this gun when i`ve 14 years old =))

  • British military issue pistol.

  • Thanks still not clear whether i need to have the safety on when re inserting the magazine to have the hammer fall back into place. Can anyone help?

  • I was in work experience today with the English military, i took a browning apart in 1:12 seconds, which is my first time ever so i didnt do to bad

  • In my opinion the finest semi automatic handgun ever made.

  • i had trouble putting my slide pin back in!

  • Thanks for a very clear and thorough video. I am getting ready to do my first cleaning and now feel confident to take my pistol apart.

  • Great video mate, the browning is one hell of a gun.

  • Good video and a great gun I've had mine for about 8 years.

  • thnx alot 4 the video

  • sidearm of the british armed forces

one hell of a gun,the royal military police carry them

  • Canadian Forces too. haha

  • australian defence force aswell

  • Thanks for the video! Clears up a lot for me.

  • wasn't it made in fn belgium? because i think my grandpa worked on those guns for the us army back in the days

  • but sigs dont have the nistaga that a BROWNING hi-power has. not those knock off hi-powers either.

  • And a HiPower isn't made of stamped sheet metal. That's a plus! We'll see if sigs can last 100 years...

  • Stampings can be very durable though milled recievers look nicer.

  • Pins and screws through sheel metal won't hold for as long as through a block of steel. That's the issue in mounting stuff to sheel steel. The other problem is the variance of stampings from gun to gun.

There's nothing WRONG with stamped pieces, they just aren't going to last as long. And there's no reason that a gun should cost MORE when it is made of sheet instead of milled.

  • On the other hand making a milled reciever is more wasteful and it's easier to screw up. For a civilian purposes the stamped gun will probably outlive you.

  • just perfect as you done i´d can do the same, thank you.

  • Good vid.

  • Good pistol. Basic design makes it easy to maintain. Though not as accurate as a Sig.
