I do not like the look of a poofy skirt but, def a floral print high waisted skirt with some black tights and some boots and a cute sweater. Here is some stores where you can buy that stuff. high waisted skirts from forever 21 very cheap and sweaters from buckle/urban outfitters/american eagle ore even forever 21 and tights you can get from kohls or forever 21! Wear to buy some cute boots are kohls/dsw/trafic!
