NO alien. But this is NOT fake, actually it is a weather balloon pro. It is like a pyramid shaped weather transmitter that hangs under a weather balloon. It is sitting sideways because the balloon may dragging it that way because of the wind. You can NOT see the balloon because of two facts. One it is made by transparent plastic like material. Two it is far away from the object so it would not interfear with its signals.
