  • For those of you insulting this training, a few things you should know about Mark Hunt.

    Mark Hunt has some of the hardest hands and versatile kickboxing in K1. Mirko Cro Cop was devastating, yet he never held a championship. Mark Hunt won tournaments. He went for 15 minutes straight against Cro Cop, chasing him through the ring throwing everything he had. He didn't slow down ONCE. He has strength... And conditioning. So obviously whatever he does works.

  • This kind of stuff isn't just for strongmen. Anyone who wants to be in shape or just look good should turn to things like this once in a while. You don't have to push trucks around but just trying unconventional things can initiate new growth and help you push past plateaus. This guy shows some intense dedication, great video, very inspirational.

  • why do that type of workout when Marks legs are plenty strong already? the risk of a back injury out way any benefits. He's not entering a stongman competition he's a fighter. Imo he should stick to basic weight training for strength.
