@dabeast10345 I would tell you that Fur Elise is not a easy piece, the tech is easy, but the way you express it is not. I'm 17 and I've been playing piano since I was 4, I would tell you, Fur Elise is actually one of the hardest songs, it's too classic, and I've been trying to play this song perfectly for 10 years, but I've never really done it yet.

Work on the uniformity of the way you play the keys and don't worry about turning the page, you're not reading the notes anyway. You're doing it by memory. This is one of the best renditions of fur elise on youtube. too bad your piano isnt perfect.

Quality job. I'd recommend some well placed fermatas, like on the highest E's in the A section. It gives the piece a little more soul

I have NEVER understood why it is neccersarry to switch hands at 0:32.........

I know that it is written that way but it is so much easier to finish that section with just the right hand, instead of switching back and forth between right and left.

because there are notes written on the G-clef (the melody) staff and some notes are on the F-clef (the bass) staff. Now, notes on the G-clef should be played with your right hand; notes on the bass staff- left hand. And that's the way the notes are written on the music piece therefore that's how it should be played. Perhaps Beethoven made it that way coz alternation of the hands in piano can create a flowing or cascading sound. =)

Tempo is OK but the sound is too loud, and practically without dynamics, it should be pianissimo on the main theme. The bass note A has terrible resonance, also turning pages sucks. Still a good performance.

y does this fur elise have the most views (second only to funky fur elise)??? he played it slower than the regular spd...this isnt that good...but im not that blunt like that so heres a few tips:

try playing it w/ more feeling--beethoven was a bridge btwn classical AND romantic periods;

try using more dynamics esp. in part b show more happiness and part c show real anger. dynamics, accents, slurs are every curcial to this song;

try to put urself in his shoes, y did he write this? for elise

surobri, i would take lessons from a professional if u can. Ive been taking lessons since I was six, my teacher moved, and she recommended a concert pianist to teach me, Ive learned loads....taking lessons from a good teacher is very easy if u have a good presancse and a little skill. this world needs more musicians, good luck!

well basically what you got to do is practise a lot, memorize the entire piece, get it in your fingers so they could play it on their own without you thinking about what to do. Then you can use the tabs as sort of reminder of what to play next. Thats how I do it anyway. :P

I can play this without notes, but then I play some parts way to often or to few... :P

Anyways, well done! Are you using the pedals? Can't really tell cause of the quality. (I like it better with, gives it a fuller sound...)
